Time at Disneyland and Some Crafty Gifts/Cards

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas with family and friends.  Here is a little glimpse of it in a nutshell.  Mine was a very nice one with it starting off with having a Hawaiian style breakfast with made by my hubby.  We invited my parents over to join us for breakfast.  After breakfast we opened presents.  My hubby and I took a nap while my parents and kids played together.  For dinner we went to my cousin's house.  It was nice to see our aunts, uncles, and cousins.  The most memorable part of this year was fitting all 24 members of my family on my cousin's staircase for a family photo.  That was awesome!  Well, now that Christmas is over I am still enjoying myself since I have some time off from work.  Yesterday my family and I went to Disneyland with my cousins that are visiting from Seattle.

Disneyland is always lots of fun to visit, but yesterday was a little less fun since it was so crowded.  It took us an hour to get into the parking lot and even had to line up for about 15 minutes to get into the amusement park.  They told us that by noon that if we did not enter the parks prior to 8 am that morning that they would not letting any more guests in since it reached it's maximum capacity of guest.  We are grateful that we were able to stay since we arrived in time.  We stayed 17 fun pack hours riding rides, having a fun time of fellowship, and eating delicious food.  :)

My family and I missed eating the turkey legs since we our annual passes expired in April.  It was very nice to get to sink my mouth into a turkey leg yesterday.  Before ending my post for today, I would like to share some fabulous crafty items that I received for Christmas.

It's always a blessing to receive gifts and cards, but I think it's a little more special when they are handmade.Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

  1. Glad you and your family had a funfilled Christmas and time at Disneyland. OMG, it sure sounds like there were A LOT of people there. What else did you grind aside from your yummy turkey legs? Hope the rest of your vacation is packed with fun and relaxation.
